Delete your account

How to delete your CoachRoyale account and the data linked to it.

In the app

Sign in to the app.
Open Settings → Account → Manage account.
Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

The account is deleted immediately.

By email

Forgot your password or something doesn't work? Email support@coachroyale.cloud from the address of your account with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email address, password), username and profile picture
Saved decks and settings
Coins and ad-free tier
Records of rewarded videos you watched

Usage statistics and error reports are detached from your account (anonymised). Data we must keep for legal reasons is deleted when that period ends.

Data on your device

Coach chat, gold and gem entries and your player tag are stored only on your device. Deleting the account in the app removes them; otherwise uninstall the app.

Ad data is processed by Google (AdMob). You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings.
